AMERA-FLEX DEMO SADDLE PROGRAM
FOR THE SERIOUS BUYER
1. Be sure to read the information
about our Amera Flex Saddles. It may answer many
of your questions. Wither tracings are always welcome along
with photos I'll be glad to help with your fitting issues
and advise you as to which Amera- Flex saddle will be the
best choice for you and your horse. Just give me a call at
815-563-9010 with any questions and information about you
and your horse.
2. Once we have gone over your fitting information
and chosen the saddle you would like to try, we will get it
all packed up for you and shipped out via UPS ground. A demo
deposit of $1795.00 plus $45 shipping and handling (lower
48 states only) will be due upon shipping of the demo to you.
You may use a Mastercard, or Visa, credit card for this deposit
and shipping charge. You will have 10 days from the time your
receive the saddle to ride the saddle (we do NOT include shipping
time in the 10 day trial period). Should you need extra time
beyond your initial 10 days, you will automatically be charged
$5.00 per day. You will receive a UPS tracking number via
email when the saddle ships out to you.
The demo saddle we send may be used or it may
be new, but these saddles were made specifically for the purpose
of giving our customers a chance to RIDE an Amera-Flex Saddle.
So when you recieve it, please feel free to take it on some
LONG trail rides and put it through the normal riding conditions
you would encounter. (Except rain and fording your local river
of course.) We will include a set of synthetic saddle sleeves
and appropriate girth size in the package so that you have
everything you need for your test ride. We cannot gaurantee
a demo saddle for a specific date, first come first served.
We do our best to keep wait time for a demo short, but sometimes
there may be a wait for the demo you would like to try.
3. A Prepaid UPS label will be enclosed for
the return of the Demo Saddle. Just pack it back up in the
box we shipped it to you in, and drop it off at your Local
UPS pickup location or call 800-PICK UPS (800-742-5877) to
schedule a pick up. You will be charged a flat fee of $35
for the use of this return label should you decide to use
it. (We have found by using our UPS account its usually cheaper
for you)
4. If everything went well, you can now order
your new Amera-Flex Saddle fully assured that the saddle is
the right choice for you and your horse. Or if you prefer
to keep and purchase the demo saddle, just give us a call.
The deposit for the demo will be credited as a deposit against
the charges for your new Amera-Flex Saddle order. If you decide
this just isn't the saddle for you, your deposit (less return
shipping charges where applicable) will be credited to your
credit card once we have received the demo saddle and the
accessories back in the store.
