Each of our saddles, as well as our tack, are handcrafted
with the finest materials. We take pride in our craft, and
want you to be proud of your saddle as well. We buy all
of our products here in the United States
Our System 7 Flexible panels are manufactured
here is the United States, computer-calculated and curved,
insuring that this system gives optimal distribution of
weight along the entire length of the panel, both inside
and out. Now even when your horse is in motion, bending
and flexing, regardless of your horse’s shoulder width,
height, holes and dips behind the shoulder and back, you
and your horse will be able to move in supreme comfort and
freedom.
Our saddle trees are manufactured here in
the United States as well. They are lightweight wood trees
layered with fiberglass cloth and epoxy resin, for strength.
They have a fiberglass formed seat, the trees are hand layered
fiberglass cloth and epoxy resin in high stress areas for
extra strength. Extra thick fiber glassing allows us to
bolt and screw into our trees and not compromise the strength
of our strong trees. The bars are turned on a duplicator
for deep curves and flared on the ends to allow our panels
more flexibility.
Our leather is supplied by three U.S. based
companies here is the good old USA - only the best will
do.
Wickett
& Craig of America have been tanning in North America
for 133 years.
We also buy garment hides and strapping from
Weaver Leather
as well as premium hides tanned by Herman
Oak Leather out of Saint Louis, Mo.
We use Synthetic fleece on our saddles but
for a $75.00 up charge we can use the real thing : 1”
thick shearlings from Weaver Leather on our skirts.
We use stainless Steel hardware on all our
saddles as standard, or for a $50.00 up charge we can use
solid brass.
All of our saddles are hand crafted and there
will be small variances from saddle to saddle, as there
is in any hand-crafted item. We strive for perfection. Our
saddles are made with premium materials, and premium craftsmanship,
ensuring you and your horse a comfortable ride that will
last for years! |
